Ticket Office to re-open tomorrow

Due to ongoing issues regarding covid infections and close contact absences the Ticket Office has had to remain closed today to allow the club to address the associated staffing issues.

We are pleased to confirm that the Ticket Office will re-open at 10am on Wednesday to allow supporters to pick up tickets ordered online for upcoming fixtures.

We are currently working through a backlog of orders and would ask supporters who have purchased in the last few days to, if possible, wait until later in the week to visit the Ticket Office.

Our initial allocation for Derby tickets is sold out, however Dundee United are selling a remaining batch of tickets on their site – click here to purchase

Sales of Premier Sports QF against St. Johnstone continue online only and can be purchased from our ticketing site – click here to purchase

The club would like to thank supporters for their patience and understanding in what has been a difficult period.

A combination of health issues and personnel changes has led to a complete turnover of staff in the Ticket Office this season. This has resulted in problems associated with inexperience and unfamiliarity with the ticketing system, all matters which were being successfully addressed until the most recent incident of covid related absences.

The club is doing all the can to address these short term issues with staff from other departments again stepping up to the plate, for which we are very grateful.
