Ross Hughes has today joined the club as Head of Performance.
Ross has worked with Jim McIntyre at each of his previous three clubs and joined the manager at training this morning.
He has an extensive background in Sports Science having previously spent time with Hamilton Accies before joining Jim at Dunfermline, Queen of the South and Ross County.
