Shareholders will this week receive a notice of a General Meeting of Dundee Football Club which will be held on 21st of May.
At the meeting, Shareholders will be asked to consider and vote on the resolutions in the attached link. Resolutions 1 and 2 will be proposed as ordinary resolutions and resolution 3 will be proposed as a special resolution of the Company.
