Motherwell – Match Preview
Motherwell come to the Scot Foam Stadium on Saturday for the second time this season. The first meeting of the sides was on the first day of the season back in August, where the sides drew 1-1, Lyall Cameron got the goal for The Dee and Theo Bair got the goal for The Well. The sides then met again at Fir Park on 2nd December where the teams had to share the points again after an action packed 3-3 draw. Lyall Cameron, Owen Beck and Zach Robinson all scored for The Dee but a 97th minute equaliser from Conor Wilkinson saw The Well earn a point. Motherwell go into this match currently sitting in 8th position in the league, six points behind The Dee having played one more game.

Tony Docherty
“Motherwell are a good team and I like Stuart Kettlewell and Stevie Frail. They’re good guys and are doing a great job there. Motherwell have a good style of play and we know they’re going to be a tough opponent coming up to Dens. We have had two draws against them, but we are hoping to go one better this time. We know we will have to be at our absolute best to get the better of Motherwell. We are under no illusions on how difficult the game will be.”
Luke McCowan
“The team are feeling confident especially as we are at home as well. We know how good our fans have been this year. We can use prior results to our benefit, to be more prepared, focused, and confident. The boys are up for it and ready to go.”
