Dundee Under 15/16s

This Sunday, 26th May, sees our Academy U15/16 squad compete in the Club Academy Scotland (CAS) League Cup final against Partick Thistle at the Indodrill Stadium in Alloa with a 1:30pm kick-off.

The young Dees started out in the North/East section of the cup and were unbeaten in the group stages. They beat Ross County, Inverness CT, Dunfermline Athletic, St Johnstone, Dundee United, Hearts, Livingston and Hibs and drew with Aberdeen.

Dundee and St Johnstone progressed into the semi-finals of the competition from the North/East section.

Meanwhile, in the South/West section, Partick Thistle and Ayr United progressed into the semi-finals after topping the group which included Rangers, Celtic, St Mirren, Kilmarnock, Morton, Queens Park, Hamilton and Motherwell.

The young Dees then beat Ayr Utd in the semi-final while Partick Thistle beat St Johnstone setting up a Dundee against Partick Thistle final on Sunday.

This is a brilliant achievement for our young players in the Academy and they are hoping to put on a good show for the Dee fans who hopefully will turn up in their numbers to cheer on the youngsters.

We wish the young Dees all the very best for Sunday.
