Livingston – Match Preview
We play our third away match in a week as we travel to the Tony Macaroni Arena to play Livingston tomorrow Saturday, 27th January, in the cinch Premiership.
We have played Livingston twice already this season at home and away. Our first meeting against Livingston was at the Tony Macaroni where Dundee won 2-0 after a double from Joe Shaughnessy in the last ten minutes. Then eight days later we played Livingston at the Scot Foam Stadium and won 1-0 through a fantastic strike for Luke McCowan. Both clubs will be looking for their first league win of 2024 on Saturday. Livingston currently sit 12th in the league on 12 points whereas Dundee currently sit in 8th position on 22 points.

Tony Docherty
“This year we’ve beat them home and away, so we will be looking to make that three in a row if we could. We know how tough its going to be – Livingston are fighting for their life. They’re a difficult opponent and they’ve got a really good and experienced manager. We know how difficult a task it will be but, hopefully, if we can implement our game plan for 90 minutes this time, that will give us a good opportunity to come away with three points.”
Zach Robinson
“Obviously, its a tough game, its not an easy place to go play at. They aren’t just going to hand us the three points. They will make it difficult, but we believe in ourselves to go there and get the three points.”
