Dundee Football Club are delighted to announce Paul McGowan has today agreed a contract extension.
To support the club in these unprecedented times Player of the Year ‘Gowser’ has agreed a deal with the club which will see his wages drop by 50% for the next three months before going up to reduced terms of 75% through to the summer of 2021.
Paul made 31 appearances for the club during the 2019/20 season and continued to perform at the high levels he has set since joining the club in the summer of 2014.
These performances were rewarded when he won the Andrew De Vries Player of the Year award for the 2019/20 season last month.
His new deal will see Paul play in his seventh season in Dark Blue and add to his appearance tally which surpassed 200 last season.
