The Scot Foam Stadium
We welcome Hearts to the Scot Foam Stadium on Saturday as the teams meet for the third time this season. Hearts came to Dundee back in August under the management of Steven Naismith, it was Dundee’s first home game of the season and Dundee ran out 3-1 winners. The goals on the day came from Scott Tiffoney, an own goal from Gerald Taylor and a Luke McCowan penalty who all scored in the first half. Frankie Kent got a goal back for Hearts in the second half but the Dee’s saw the match out. Dundee then travelled to Edinburgh on Saturday 7th December with Hearts under the management of Neil Critchley. It was Hearts this time that took all three points in this encounter. A double from Lawrence Shankland in the first half resulted in a 2-0 victory for the home side. Both sides come into this match on 27 points with only one goal separating the teams in the league, however Hearts have played one game more.
