Dundee Football Club can confirm that Finlay Allan from the club’s development squad has joined Scottish League Two side Forfar Athletic. Allan started the season on loan at Stenhousemuir where he played four times but has now joined Forfar. This will be Finlay’s second spell at Forfar after playing for them last season, making 13 appearances.
