Dundee Football Club is delighted to announce the signing of A-Jay Leitch-Smith on loan from Shrewsbury Town until January.
Striker AJ is a product of Crewe Alexandra’s youth system. As a young player he spent time out on loan, gaining experience and scoring goals both in the English non-league and also in the Icelandic top flight.
With Crewe he won the Football League Trophy and also helped them to promotion to League One via the Play offs.
When he left Gresty Road he had a season with Yeovil Town before joining Port Vale for a season in League One where he hit double figures.
In the summer of 2016 he joined Shrewsbury Town and featured 21 times last season.
AJ joins Neil McCann’s squad on loan until January.
