Player Sponsorship 2026/27

Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all Dundee Football Club (“Dundee FC”, “we”, “us”, “DFC”) Player Sponsorship Packages for the 2026/27 season. By purchasing a Player Sponsorship package, the Sponsor agrees to be bound by the following terms.

1. Sponsorship Package Benefits
   First Team Player Sponsorship package includes:
   • Meet and greet with your sponsored player.
   • Official photograph with your sponsored player.
   • One signed Dundee FC match issued jersey from your sponsored player.
   • Signed Certificate of Authenticity.
   • Bespoke Dundee FC branded presentation box.
   • Access to a professional framing discount for your signed shirt.
   • Your name (or company name) displayed on the Dundee FC website alongside your sponsored player.
   • Invitation to an exclusive Player Sponsors Event.
   • Your name (or company name) listed in all Dundee FC home league match programmes throughout the season.
   Development Team Player Sponsorship package includes:
   • Meet and greet with your sponsored player.
   • Official photograph with your sponsored player.
   • One signed Dundee FC match issued jersey from your sponsored player.
   • Signed Certificate of Authenticity.
   • Bespoke Dundee FC branded presentation box.
   • Access to a professional framing discount for your signed shirt.
   • Your name (or company name) displayed on the Dundee FC website alongside your sponsored player.
   • Invitation to an exclusive Player Sponsors Event.
2. Sponsorship Term
   Player Sponsorship is valid for the 2026/27 SPFL season unless otherwise stated by Dundee Football Club.
3. Player Availability
   Dundee Football Club cannot guarantee:
   • That the sponsored player will make any playing appearances during the season.
   • That the sponsored player will be selected for any particular match, competition, or squad.
   • The number of appearances, minutes played, or involvement of the sponsored player throughout the season.
   Player Sponsorship relates solely to the selected player and does not guarantee participation in any footballing activities.
4. Player Transfers and Departures
   Should a sponsored player leave Dundee Football Club before or during the 2026/27 season for any reason, including transfer, loan, retirement, release, or long-term absence (referred to as ‘Departure’ for the remainder of these Terms and Conditions), the Sponsor will be offered the opportunity to transfer their sponsorship to another available player.Alternative players will be offered subject to availability at the sole discretion of Dundee Football Club.No refunds, full or partial, will be provided in relation to player Departures.
5. Player Sponsors Event and Official Photograph
   The official photograph with the sponsored player will normally take place during the exclusive Player Sponsors Event.If either:
   • The Sponsor is unable to attend the event; or
   • The sponsored player is unavailable to attend the event,
   Dundee Football Club will make reasonable efforts to arrange an alternative mutually convenient date for the photograph to be taken.
   The Club cannot guarantee that alternative arrangements will take place within a specific timescale and all such arrangements remain subject to player and club commitments.
6. Signed Merchandise
   The signed jersey and signed Certificate of Authenticity will be provided at the Players Sponsors Event or at the alternative mutually convenient date as referred to under item 5.The Club reserves the right to substitute an item with an equivalent alternative where circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
7. Sponsor Name Display
   The Sponsor is responsible for ensuring that any submitted personal, business, or company name is accurate.Dundee Football Club reserves the right to refuse, amend, or remove any name, wording, or branding which it considers inappropriate, offensive, misleading, or otherwise inconsistent with the Club’s values and policies.
8. Events and Special Appearances
   All events, appearances, and meet-and-greet opportunities are subject to:
   • Player availability.
   • Team schedules.
   • Match day commitments.
   • Training requirements.
   • Health, safety, or operational considerations.Dundee Football Club reserves the right to amend event dates, timings, formats, or locations where necessary.
9. Force Majeure
   Dundee Football Club shall not be liable for any delay, cancellation, or failure to provide any element of the sponsorship package due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, illness, injury, government restrictions, industrial disputes, or other unforeseen events.
10. Refunds and Cancellations
    Once a sponsorship package has been purchased and confirmed, it is non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing by Dundee Football Club.
11. Photography and Marketing
    The Sponsor acknowledges that photographs and footage taken during sponsorship-related events may be used by Dundee Football Club for promotional, marketing, social media, website, programme, and other club-related purposes.
12. Data Protection
    Any personal information collected in connection with the Player Sponsorship scheme will be processed in accordance with Dundee Football Club’s Privacy Policy and all applicable data protection legislation.
13. General
    Dundee Football Club reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary.All decisions relating to the operation of the Player Sponsorship scheme shall be made by Dundee Football Club and shall be final.Last Updated: July 2026
