Charity Policy

As part of the club’s policy of serving the local community, Dundee FC has Official Charity affiliates, who will be the focus of our charity work throughout the campaign.

However, every year the club receives a high volume of requests for worthwhile causes and events and as a result cannot guarantee that all requests will be granted and if awarded, we will only donate match day tickets.

All charitable requests must be submitted at least five weeks in advance of the event.

All requests must be made in writing to the club, and must be submitted on the organisation’s official letterhead.

The request should include the following information:

– The organisation’s name, address and charity number (where applicable)
– Contact name, postal address and email address as well as contact phone number
– Type of event – some background for the donations request
– Day, Date, Time
– Event location
– Beneficiary of the funds raised

Charity requests will be considered by the club and if successful, will be responded to accordingly.  The donations cannot benefit specific individuals or families, and must be for a registered charity or UK based charitable organisation.

All requests are subject to club approval, are not guaranteed and will not be considered unless the above criteria can be met. The club cannot guarantee fulfillment of each request due to the high volume we receive however will certainly do our best to meet each requirement.  Please send all requests in writing to:-
