Supporters Code of Conduct

Supporters Code of Conduct

In order to assist our staff and stewards, and to help protect you and your fellow fans, please follow these guidelines.

  • Don’t attend the stadium if you are unwell, have tested positive for Covid 19 or are awaiting a result of a test or have been asked to self-isolate.
  • WE would ask All persons over 12 years of age to wear a face covering when in indoor areas and when queueing on arrival unless they have a medical exemption.
  • Please don’t approach the players for autographs or selfies.
  • When moving around the Stadium please try to observe social distancing where you can and respect others space.
  • Arrive in good time (allocated time slot) to go through all the necessary entry procedures.
  • Please do not bring bags to the stadium to minimise any need for searching.
  • Please follow the instructions of stewards and staff as well as directional signage in the stadium – these are in place to ensure we can allow fans back to matches at The Scot Foam Stadium safely.
  • Make sure in advance that you know where your entry point is, and, if an entry time is specified on your ticket, please be there on time.
  • Make sure you are sitting in your allocated seat.
  • Be aware that there will be no catering services provided within the Stadium.
  • Remain in your seat at all times wherever possible.
  • If you do need to leave your viewing position, wait for a time when the gangway is clear and always follow the signs indicating which way to go.
  • If you need to use the toilets please follow the directions of stewards – you may have to queue.
  • When moving past other spectators to and from your seat, try to avoid close face to face contact if you can.
  • Maintain good hand hygiene – use the sanitiser dispensers provided and avoid touching your face, or handles, railings etc. whenever possible.
  • Avoid hugs, high-fives and any close contact with people who are not within your household or social bubble.
  • Visiting fans should be aware that in the interests of safety and security, you will be asked to remain in your seat for 5 minutes at the end of the match to allow the adjacent East Stand to clear before you leave the Stadium
  • If you are attending with friends and / or family members, please make sure they have read and understood these guidelines too.
  • If a match ball ends up on the seating deck, please pass it to the nearest steward – these must be disinfected prior to going back to the players on the pitch.

Thank you for your co-operation and support of the team – following this guide will help the Club to get more fans back to the game as soon as we possibly can.
