Season Ticket Holder Benefits 26/27
Standard Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility
   These benefits are available exclusively to valid Dundee FC 2026/27 Season Ticket Holders, upon presentation of a current and valid Season Ticket at participating partner venues.
2. Third-Party Responsibility
   All benefits are provided and fulfilled by third-party partner businesses. Dundee FC acts solely as a promoter of these benefits and is not responsible for the provision, quality, availability, or delivery of any goods or services supplied by partner venues.
3. Limitation of Liability
   Dundee FC shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, dissatisfaction, or expense incurred by Season Ticket Holders as a result of:
   a) Redeeming any partner benefit
   b) The use of products or services provided by partner businesses
   c) Any acts, omissions, or negligence of partner businesses
4. Benefit Availability
   All benefits are subject to availability, may be withdrawn or amended at any time without notice, and are at the discretion of the participating partner.
5. Partner Terms Apply
   Additional terms and conditions may apply at individual partner venues. Season Ticket Holders are responsible for reviewing and complying with any such terms before redeeming a benefit.
6. Non-Transferable
   Benefits are non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the Season Ticket Holder unless otherwise stated by the partner. No Cash Alternative Benefits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for monetary alternatives. Misuse Dundee FC reserves the right to withdraw access to partner benefits if there is any misuse or abuse of the scheme.

Schloss Roxburgh

Valid from 1st April 2026 – 31st March 2027

1. Requests for tee time reservations may be made up to twelve (12) months in advance by phoning the Pro Shop on 01573 450333 or e-mail [email protected] Requests for group reservations (8 or more players) may be made up to 12 months in advance by phoning the Reservations Team on 01573 450333 or e-mail [email protected].
2. Subject to availability, Schloss Roxburghe will reserve and confirm a tee time request within 24 hours of receipt of request.
3. A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of the reservation. The remainder of the payment will be taken in the pro shop on the day of play.
4. Reservations for 40+ players will be subject to availability on Saturday’s, Sunday’s or Public Holidays.
5. Reservations for 40 players or less on Saturday’s, Sunday’s and Public Holidays will be allocated individual tee-times.
6. Group Bookings (8 or more players) must be confirmed a minimum of 21 days in advance and will be subject to a 50% deposit at the time of enquiry.
7. Cancellation Policy: All confirmed tee times are subject to the following cancellation terms. Failure to adhere to these notice periods will result in applicable cancellation or “no-show” charges.
   • A 50% deposit is required to confirm all bookings. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
   • Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the reserved tee time.
   • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the tee time will be charged 100% of the contracted rate.
   • Bookings paid in full prior to cancellation may be rescheduled once, at the same rate, to another available date (subject to availability).
8. Any reduction in confirmed group numbers (12 or more), will result in a penalty (full green fee), if reduced within 72 hours of play.
9. Pace of Play
   In an effort to foster an environment that is conducive with the finest golfing experiences around the world, Schloss Roxburghe Golf observes the following pace of play regulations, which in turn apply to all Guests. The length of the course is 6,925 yards from the White Tees. It takes 4h – 4.20h to complete the course. Maintaining this pace of play is imperative and is the responsibility of the team leader (player with the lowest handicap in the team). The player is expected to pick up their ball if scoring more than three (3) shots over par.
10. Club Loss or Damage
    The lead booker is financially responsible for any lost or damaged equipment sustained to Schloss Roxburghe Golf property including hire clubs / Golf carts.
11. Security and Insurance
    Schloss Roxburghe Golf does not accept responsibility for the loss or damage to any property left on the premises prior to, during or after the function. It is the Guest’s responsibility to ensure all items in their possession should it be deemed necessary.
12. Payment Method
    Schloss Roxburghe Golf will charge the green fees to the Guest(s) at its contracted rate or daily rate, whichever is applicable (see above). Schloss Roxburghe Golf will send confirmation of the booking and a payment link to make the required 50% deposit.
13. All green fee rates at Schloss Roxburghe Golf are inclusive of:
    • 18 holes of championship golf
    • Access to the practice facilities on site
    • Access to our guest locker room and changing facilities
    • Access to our clubhouse including F&B outlets
