Season Ticket FAQ’s 2024/25 season

What is included with a 2024/25 season ticket?

By purchasing a season ticket, fans can attend all home league fixtures of the 2024/25 campaign. Season ticket holders can take advantage of a range of benefits, which include;

-Access to an open training session

-Priority to away league and cup games

-Bring a friend to two games per season (club will advise in due course)

-Offers from our season ticket partners

-Club news sent directly to your phone (if enabled)

How do I buy a season ticket?

Buying online is the easiest and quickest option. Existing season ticket holders should use the barcode they received by email from 27 March 2024. The 13-digit number should be inputted online where it states, ‘enter ticket barcode number’, (see the picture below).  If you have several seats/barcodes under your email, please enter just one of the barcodes, and all your seats will be shown for renewal.

I haven’t received an email but have a season ticket for the 23/24 season.

Firstly, don’t panic! A number of season ticket holders from the 23/24 season have no email address associated with their account and, therefore, must renew their season ticket in person via the ticket office or by telephone, 01382 889966.

Please ask the club’s staff to put your email address on your account.

Are there season ticket offers?

The Super Early Bird offer is on sale from Tuesday, 2 April, until Wednesday, 1 May 2024. Adults will save £60 on your season ticket.

Early Bird Season Tickets will run from Thursday 2nd May to Saturday 1st June where adults will save £30.

Full-price season tickets will run from Monday 3rd June onwards.

When is the seat release?

All seats will be released for general sale on the 2 June 2024. Therefore, if you are an existing season ticket holder and have not purchased your seat(s) by 2 June 2024, the seat will be available on general sale.

Can I add my season ticket to my Apple or Google wallet?

Yes, that feature will be available before the season begins on 24/25. Your season ticket will be stored on your mobile device, and you simply scan your QR code to gain entry.

Do I need to provide an ID?

Yes, if you have bought a Senior, Disabled, Student, U18 or U12 season ticket – please upload and email a copy of your ID/Proof of age to [email protected]. Disabled & carers must purchase within the ticket office to ensure they can sit beside each other.

Forms of ID/Proof of age that are accepted:

Birth Certificate, Driving licence, National Carer Card, Matriculation card, Passport, Personal Independent Payment Form (PIP) or a Young Scot Card.

During the season, Dundee FC and turnstile staff will carry out checks on entry to the game, so we advise supporters to have their ID on them attending all matches.

If you are renewing your season ticket but need to change your ticket type

If you are a current season ticket holder and are renewing your season ticket but you need to change your ticket type, for example from an adult to a concession, follow these steps. Your existing seat will have a blue tick on it. Click on the blue tick and then deselect the seat. Double click on the same seat again and you will be shown the different ticket types, then select the ticket type which applies to you.

Is there a payment option?

Supporters can take advantage of an interest-free monthly option.  For this option, you must purchase your season ticket in person via the ticket office or via telephone at 01382 889966.

You can split the cost of your ticket into 5 monthly instalments, but the final payment must be paid by the 2nd August 2024.

When you choose this option, your seat will be held on the system, but your e-ticket will not be given to you until you pay your fifth payment. Failure to pay any instalments will result in the seat being re-sold. No refunds will be given if you fail to make further payments.

Is there a family section?

Yes, the Bobby Cox stand is the family section within the stadium. Look out for our mascot, Snappy Dee! If you get a selfie with our mascot, use the #thedee on X (formerly known as Twitter).

Is there a drum in the stadium?

Yes, the drum and our singing section are located in the South Enclosure. This stand plays a big part in the atmosphere at The Scot Foam Stadium.  The South Enclosure is very popular. Therefore, we strongly advise that you purchase a season ticket for that stand to guarantee entry into matches.

Please note: This stand can be noisy.

Does the club have a disability access officer?

Yes, Dundee FC has a disability access officer. Our DAO can be contacted at [email protected]. Joe can help you choose the right stand within the ticket office.

I’ve lost my season ticket card?

If you have lost your card, please contact the ticket office at the earliest opportunity on 01382 889966.

Can I move my season ticket seat?

Yes you can, if one is available, you will need to contact the ticket office to do this.

When will seasonal hospitality be sold?

Seasonal hospitality memberships will be available in the summer, and full details will be provided online.

Does my season ticket allow me into cup matches?

No, your season ticket is for home league matches only. To attend cup and friendly matches, you must purchase a ticket online or via the ticket office.

Is there a membership option for children?

Yes, Junior Dees is a program designed specifically for children under the age of 15 years old. It offers a range of exciting opportunities and experiences to its members. Members are automatically entered into draws for prizes and unique experiences each month. Members also get a 15% discount on all Dundee FC Community Trust football camps that run throughout the year.Additionally, Junior Dees members have the chance to participate in special events such as player walk-outs, parties, and various in-person gatherings held throughout the year. To purchase this additional membership, visit www.dfccommunitytrust.org.uk
