Renew your Season Ticket

Buying online is the easiest and quickest way to renew your Season Ticket. Just make sure you have your 25/26 Season Ticket to hand as you’ll need to insert the barcode in order to renew.

Renewing Ticket Holder Benefit

This year, we’re giving Adult Season Ticket Holders, who renew their ticket, a £30 credit* to spend against match-day experiences. Senior (65+) and Access tickets will receive a £20 credit*.

*Credit will be issued prior to the 26/27 season. Terms and Conditions apply.

Please note: Season Tickets and Renewals will be available to purchase ONLINE ONLY from 16th March 2026 – 22nd March 2026. From 23rd March 2026 Season Tickets and Renewals will be available online and via our Ticket Office.

When do seats get released?
All seats will be released for general sale on Tuesday 12th May 2026. Therefore, if you are an existing Season Ticket Holder and have not purchased your seat(s) by Monday 11th May 2026, the seat will be available on general sale.

Early Access Benefits:

Is there any benefit in purchasing my Season Ticket early?

Yes, Season Tickets are released in three stages: Kick Off, Half Time and Full Time.

Kick Off tickets are on sale from Monday 16th March 2026 until Monday 4th May 2026 and are our very best value ticket.

For those who missed out in our first stage of tickets, there is still a chance to get you ticket at a great value price. Our Half Time tickets are on sale from Tuesday 5th May 2026 until Friday 3rd July 2026 and still offer a discount on a full price Season Ticket.

From Saturday 4th July 2026, our Full Time tickets go on sale. These tickets are offered a full price, however, they still come with a number of benefits and offers!

Troubleshooting:

I previously had issues linking my child’s Season Ticket with my Season Ticket, what should I do?
Any supporters who previously encountered issues with children’s tickets not being linked to an adult ticket, please renew the adult ticket online and then contact the ticket office to renew the child’s. We will require the order ID from the adult’s tickets and we will ensure they are renewed on the same order.

Accessible / Disabled Supporters Tickets:

Disabled Supporters and Personal Assistant/Carer Tickets
Due to the recent changes in Government Legislation Dundee Football Club has reviewed its provision for supporters with a disability and the Personal Assistant/Carer process. The club’s disability criteria has been reviewed and changed in alignment with other Scottish football clubs. The club’s updated disability policy came into effect on Thursday 10th April 2025.

Supporters entitled to a Disabled Season Ticket must be in receipt of:

Proof of eligibility must be handed into the Ticket Office or emailed to [email protected]. The only accepted forms of proof of eligibility that we accept are an award letter for the current year plus photographic identification and proof of address.

In order for a supporter to qualify for a Personal Assistant/Carer ticket, they must be in receipt of the following:

Personal Assistants/Carers are not permitted to attend the match without the Disabled Ticket holder unless they upgrade their ticket to the relevant category and price.

Due to changes regarding eligibility for Disabled and Personal Assistant/Carer tickets, these will only be available to purchase directly from the Ticket Office. This can be done in person or by calling 01382 889966 (Option 2). All documents are required to be submitted to the Ticket Office, in person or by emailing [email protected].

Do I need to provide an ID?
Yes, if you have bought a Senior, Accessible, 18-23YO, U18 or U12 Season Ticket – you will be required to email a copy of your ID to [email protected]

Forms of ID that are accepted:
Birth Certificate, Driving licence, National Carer Card, Matriculation Card, Passport, or a Young Scot Card.
During the season, Dundee FC and turnstile staff will carry out checks on entry to the game, so we advise supporters to have their ID on them attending all matches.

Can I add my Season Ticket to my Apple or Google wallet?
Yes, that feature is available. You can add your Season Ticket directly from your confirmation email or Dundee FC App.

Your Season Ticket will be stored on your mobile device, and you simply scan your QR code to gain entry.

We would advise all supporters to add their season ticket to their digital wallet as this will prevent issues surrounding connectivity on matchdays.

Is there a flexible payment option?

Yes, Dundee FC works in with Capital Credit Union, one Scotland’s leading ethical lenders, to provide supporters with a flexible finance option to help spread the cost of Season Tickets. Find out more.

For UK residents (over 18) with a UK bank account. Credit is subject to status. Terms & conditions apply. Your credit agreement may be cancelled if you do not keep up repayments

Do I have to use my phone for my Season Ticket or can I have a plastic card?
You can access your Season Ticket through the Dundee FC Ticket App which means that you can simply present your phone at the turnstile before each match. If you would prefer to purchase a plastic Season Ticket card, please contact the Ticket Office to arrange this – plastic cards are charged at £5 each. U12 Season Ticket cards are free of charge.

Is there a family section?
Yes, the Bobby Cox stand is the family section within the stadium.

Is there a drum in the stadium?
Yes, the drum and our singing section are located in the South Enclosure. This stand plays a big part in the atmosphere at Dens Park. The South Enclosure is very popular and therefore, in order to guarantee entry into the South Enclosure we strongly recommend that you purchase a Season Ticket.

Please note: This stand can be noisy.

Does Dundee FC have an app?
Yes, all tickets will be stored on the app, and to gain entry to the stadium, you simply scan your QR code via the app or your mobile wallet.
To use the app, purchase your season ticket/match ticket as per instructions, then on the email you receive, please do the following: Click on ‘Download our ticketing App now’. Then, insert the email address you purchased and click on ‘Forgot Credentials’. You will be sent an email to reset your password. Log into the app with your email address and new password.

To install the app onto the home screen of your mobile device:

Apple:
iPhone users should click the share button and then choose ‘add to home screen’

Android:
Click the three dots and select ‘install to home screen’

Users of this feature will receive push notifications from the Club. To enable this option, please click on ‘my profile’, scroll to the bottom, and toggle ‘subscribe to push notifications’ and then click save changes (see below).

When will seasonal hospitality be available to purchase?
Seasonal hospitality memberships will be available in the summer, and full details will be provided online.
