Enewsletter
We hold supporters names and emails on our enewsletter mailing list. Prior to 25th May 2018 we have collected email address information from supporters and other contacts who have all expressed an interest in hearing about Dundee FC. We have never used purchased data or passed our contacts to a third party. We have always had a visible unsubscribe button on our enewsletters and stop sending newsletters when a user unsubscribes. As we have approached the implementation of the GDPR, we have reviewed our database of mailing list contacts and have since determined that we can continue to market to the contacts under the lawful basis of ‘Legitimate Interest’.
