Tonight will see Dundee in action for the second time this week when we welcome English League One side Wigan Athletic to Dens, kick off 7pm.
Gary Caldwell’s side have spent the week in Scotland having taken on Partick Thistle on Tuesday evening in their third match of pre-season. The match at Firhill ended in a 1-1 draw with Ryan Jennings finding the net for Wigan.
Before that they had played Altrincham where ex Inverness Caley man Billy McKay opened the scoring in a 1-1 draw.
After that it was onto Southport for Gary Caldwell’s men where they ran out 2-0 winners bizarrely thanks to two own goals.
Having already face Rotherham and due to play Everton on Tuesday evening, this match is the midway point of Dundee’s outings against English sides this week.
Entry for the match is £5 with under 12s accompanied by an adult Free.
