Vetro becomes a Dee

Dundee Football Club are thrilled to announce the signing of midfielder Julien Vetro on a season-long deal from Burnley FC.

The twenty-year-old Frenchman has just signed for Burnley after leaving Bordeaux and immediately joins Dundee on loan for the 24/25 season.

Vetro came through the Bordeaux youth set-up, playing for their Under 19s and B side. He made his first team debut in 2022, and last season, he made 15 appearances for Bordeaux in Ligue 2.

Vetro has been training with Dundee and now that the loan deal has been completed, he is available for selection for the dark blues.

On signing for Dundee Vetro said, “I am very happy to be here at Dundee Football Club, and I can’t wait to meet the fans and hopefully we can have good times together. I want to contribute this season and help the team do well with goals and assists.”
