Dundee Football Club are delighted to announce the signing of forward Aldahir Valenzuela on a loan deal from C.F. Monterrey till the summer of 2026, subject to international clearance. Aldahir signs as part of our strategic partnership with the Rayados.
The promising young forward spent a short time in Dundee over the summer as a trialist, the coaching staff identified him as an exciting prospect, before heading back to his home country. He has featured three times for the Monterrey first team, and scoring in a friendly against Real Betis in August 2024.
Speaking after signing for the Dark Blues, Aldahir said, “I feel very proud to join Dundee FC. It is a new challenge to join this great club, and I hope to add as much as possible during my time here.”
Aldahir will wear the number 38 for Dundee.
