We are looking to hire a new Finance Manager, who will be based at our Gardyne Campus.
Reporting to the General Manager & Finance Director, you’ll have experience of Xero & Dext, and be competent with Excel. You’ll also be a good communicator and able to work under your own direction.
Salary £26k, benefits include pension, complimentary gym & swimming pool membership

Based at Dundee FC Training Facility at Gardyne Campus, and Kilmac Stadium, Sandeman Street, Dundee on Match Days. We are now looking to recruit a Finance Manager, with extensive experience of Xero & Dext (Receipt Bank). They should also have strong excel skills.

Key Daily Tasks
- Reconcile Xero Bank Transactions
- Upload Supplier Invoices to Dext & publish to Xero
- Upload expense receipts to Dext & publish to Xero
- Carry out Credit Control
Key Weekly Tasks
- Prepare Supplier Payment run, and liaise with Club Secretary & FD
- Prepare Cash floats for different departments
- Reconcile weekly cash floats
- Prepare cash floats for Match Day
- Prepare weekly takings sheets & reconcile with banking
- Prepare cash deposits
- Prepare Match Day reconciliations
- Liaise with opposition Finance Teams on Cup Match reconciliations
- Seek approval for supplier invoices
Ad-hoc Tasks
- Maintain Fleet insurance with the Club’s insurers
- Prepare Monthly Vat Returns
- Provide support to colleagues as required
