A warm evening at Caird Park saw our Under 18s take on Ross County on Friday.
This week saw 5 of our u16s step to the match day squad. Alex Balfour, Daniel Johnston, Michael Hunter, Ashton Leiper and Tyler Shepherd.
The game kicked off and saw both teams have a number of chances and good play.
The Dee got the break through when TOBIAS DAVIES-BROWNE the left back scored direct from a corner from the right.
Ross County hit back just after the half-hour mark with a shot that Dundee keeper Ruaridh Lynch parries with Ross County reacting first to score.
With one minute left of the half, The Dee restored their lead with a great build-up, a neat threaded ball through from Lewis Craik find ROSS CLARK making the run from deep to break the defence and he topped it off with a cool finish.
The second half saw both teams with a number of chances but neither could find the net.
The win continues a strong start to the season for Scott Robertson’s men.
Next up it’s a trip to face Kilmarnock on Friday night.
