Central defender Matty Smyth has joined Arbroath on a development loan until the end of the season.
18 year old Matty was recently capped for Northern Ireland under 19s, and joins Josh Skelly on loan at Gayfield.
Arbroath currently sit 2nd in the table and face leaders Forfar this Saturday. Next up, Matty could potentially be facing Dundee team mates as they come up against Montrose, who Matty Allan joined yesterday on loan, then Stirling Albion where Conor Quigley and Calvin Colquhoun are currently on loan.
