Following the end of the 2024/25 season, the club can confirm that Seb Palmer-Houlden, Oluwaseun Adewumi and Ziyad Larkeche have returned to their parent clubs after spending the season on loan at Dundee.
The club would like to thank Seb, Seun and Ziyad for all that they gave the club this season both on and off the pitch. We would like to wish them all the best for the rest of their careers.
Seb Palmer-Houlden
Seb arrived in June from Bristol City on a season-long loan and hit the ground running scoring in pre-season and the Premier Sports Cup. Β He quickly became a fans favourite after scoring our opening goal of the Premiership campaign, away to Dundee United in a 2-2 draw. Seb also scored against Aberdeen, and in wins against Kilmarnock, Hibs and St Johnstone. In total Seb played 39 times for The Dee scoring 9 times.
Oluwaseun Adewumi
Seun arrived on deadline day of the August transfer window. The Dee supporters soon saw his ability on the ball, scoring an audacious effort against Kilmarnock. The Austrian came alive in January, scoring in back-to-back games against Celtic and Rangers at Dens, live on the Sky Sports cameras which picked up the attention of the neutrals. The Burnley loanee also assisted in 3 games on the spin against Dundee United, Rangers and St Mirren. Seun played 37 times for the Dark Blues scoring 6 goals.
Ziyad Larkeche
Ziyad arrived on a season-long loan from Queens Park Rangers, the week before the season opener against Dundee United, making his debut against our city rivals in the Premiership curtain raiser. A constant threat down the left flank, he scored a late winner against Kilmarnock. Ziyad then missed a number of months due to injury but then returned in February and had a strong end to the season creating 2 assists on our glorious Sunday afternoon at Tannadice in March. The Frenchman made 31 appearances in all competitions for the Dee, scoring 3 times.
