Allan signs new deal

Finlay Allan signs new deal with Dundee FC and heads out on loan to Forfar Athletic.

Finlay Allan who is part of the Dundee FC Development squad has signed a new two-year deal with the club.

Finlay who plays as a winger has come through the academy at Dundee FC after joining at the age of 13. He joined the club’s development squad in 2022 and has gained experience playing for the under 18’s and reserve side.

Finlay has now joined League Two Side Forfar Athletic on loan till the end of the season.

Speaking on signing his new deal at Dundee and going out on loan Finlay said, “It feels good to be signing a new deal at the club and to continue my development as a player. I’m 17 now and my aim is to break into the squad here at the club in the coming years. I know I have to keep working hard in training and in matches to make that happen. The loan to Forfar will be my first loan and I’m really looking forward to it and to be playing in the SPFL and my aim is to break into the team at Forfar.”
