Dundee Football Club are delighted to announce that goalkeeper Kieran O’Hara has signed a new two-year contract extension, keeping him at Dens Park until the summer of 2028.
The Irishman played a key role in the squad this season and recently made his debut for the Dark Blues, keeping two clean sheets and saving a penalty which contributed to Premiership safety for the 26/27 campaign.
The 30-year-old’s new deal reflects his continued importance to the team as Dundee build towards the future.

On his renewal, Kieran said
“I’m buzzing to have gotten this over the line. It was confirmed a couple of weeks ago, and I’m glad to see it announced. It was an easy decision; those involved were keen to keep me at the club, and I was keen to stay.”
Head Coach Steven Pressley said,
“Kieran has been a very important part of the group. He trains with intensity and professionalism every day, and is hugely supportive of Jon. Because of the way he conducts himself, I knew he would be ready to step in for the past 2 games, which he’s handled excellently and with great maturity. We’re delighted to keep him.”
