The Dundee FC Academy provides over 500 hours of player coaching each week for local based players within the clubs academy system, providing personal development to the children and many players to Dundee FC’s first team squad.
Coaches from the Dundee FC Academy are seeking to raise funds to support the work they continue to do through these challenging times, despite the issues caused by the pandemic both financially and professionally.
In an attempt to do so, academy coaches have decided to embark on a journey the distance between Land’s End to John O’Groats which consists of 874 miles (1406KM) via cycling, running and swimming. They are all aiming to contribute over the month of November – pushing themselves out of their comfort zones by going the extra mile for the children and young men they coach.
All funds raised will go to supporting the academy as it continues to use the premier facilities in the city to aid development of the players.
