It’s William Hill Scottish Cup action this weekend as Dundee travel to Dumbarton to take on The Sons in the Fifth Round.
The Championship side come into the match on the back of victory against Livingston last time out when a Mark Docherty goal direct from a corner was enough to give them all three points.
The last time the teams met was a famous day for all Dees to look back on as Dundee defeated Dumbarton at Dens to earn the three points which clinched the SPFL Championship title.
No players from the Dundee starting eleven that day remain at Dens Park but one from the Dumbarton side, Paul McGinn, will return to his old home ground this weekend. On the other side, Christian Nade who scored that day was a signing for Dumbarton at the weekend and is in line to make his debut this Saturday.
Dundee will be without Daryll Meggatt and James McPake but outwith that have a full squad to choose from.
Subscribers can watch Paul Hartley and Paul McGinn preview the match on www.dundeefc.co.uk/deetv now.
