Following the recent update to coronavirus restrictions, we can provide further clarification to supporters around the opening of Dundee Direct.
As outlined after the December 21st announcement, DFCDirect will remain open for web orders only. Orders will be fulfilled and despatched from the store on Mondays and Fridays each week. Please note that due to restrictions click & collect will no longer be available and all orders will be shipped via courier to delivery addresses. Customers who have outstanding click and collect orders will be contacted to confirm how to proceed with these orders.
We understand that some customers may wish to return or exchange goods after the Christmas period. The only way this can be facilitated is via post. Goods should be sent back to:

IMPORTANT: Please include a covering note with details of your order number, contact information, and whether you are looking for an exchange or refund.
Alternatively, the Christmas returns period will be extended until 2 weeks after restrictions are eased (currently the end of January) allowing for in-person transactions.
As we continue to experience a season like no other, fans can still expect to be able to get their hands on everything needed to make an experience of watching The Dee at home.
