Following the announcement yesterday that Dundee season ticket holders will have the opportunity to purchase a ticket for the Dundee derby from 10am this Thursday, we have received a number of questions from supporters regarding the logistics of this.
Please find below the answers to some of the questions being asked.
Question: Can I purchase three tickets online for 3 season ticket holders in my household?
Answer: Yes, if you have three season tickets that were bought together in the same order.
Question: Can I purchase a ticket for myself and another season ticket holder online?
Answer: Only if the season tickets were bought together in the same order. Otherwise, you will need a separate login for the other season ticket holders as they are split orders. If it is a split order and you want to sit next to another season ticket holder at the derby you have a better chance of getting this if you go into the ticket office rather than online.
Question: How do I buy tickets online as a season ticket holder?
Answer: You will need the email address you created after you bought your season ticket. You no longer need a season ticket code for this, all you need to provide is your email address that you bought your season ticket with. The match will go live on the link below at 10am on Thursday 25th July.
