Tonight sees Dundee United make the short journey up the street for the fourth Dundee derby of the season, kick off 7.45pm.

Dundee come into the match on a good run with only one defeat in the last eleven league games. While United are currently on a run of nine games without a win, losing seven of those.

Paul Hartley will continue to wait on James McPake who had to leave the match against Inverness due to a slight knock, he went for a scan after the match and will be given every opportunity to make the squad. Gary Irvine, Gary Harkins and Luka Tankulic will all miss out.

The club were boosted by the news that Scott Bain signed a new deal earlier this week and is set to take part in his first derby of the season.

United welcome back Ryan McGowan after he missed their 2-1 defeat by Ross County through suspension.
