Dundee came from behind to beat Morton 3-1 at Dens, a Peter MacDonald double and a first goal in Dark Blue for Craig Beattie giving them the points after Thomas Pecier had headed Morton into a half time lead.
It took MacDonald just a minute of the second half to level poking home a Declan Gallagher knockdown from close range.
And three minutes later Dundee were in front as MacDonald hooked home from 12 yards.
Beattie hit the bar with a thunderous drive not long afterwards but he wasn’t to be denied and scored with a low diagonal shot twenty minutes from time.
