Dundee welcome Cowdenbeath to Dens this weekend as they enter into the final stretch of the title race.
Following last weekend’s draw with Hamilton at New Douglas Park, Dundee and Accies go into the final four games neck and neck at the top of the SPFL Championship. Both teams sit level on points and in rarely seen circumstances, the sides are also level on goal difference at this stage of the season.
Dundee will be without Gary Irvine. The right back misses his first game since the opening day through suspension. That will force manager Paul Hartley into a change in the side and with Iain Davidson leaving the pitch against Hamilton there might only be two surviving members of the back four that started at New Douglas Park. Davidson facing a race against time to make the match.
Cowdenbeath themselves still have a lot to play for. They are fighting to avoid the relegation play offs, currently four points behind Alloa who are in 8th place.
