Dundee FC Community Trust are proud to begin the Changing Rooms initiative!
The changing rooms is a unique 12-week programme that uses the power of football to bring men together into the heart of their football club to take action for their mental health and wellbeing.
Sharing experiences, learning from others and supporting others are values that are central to all that goes on within Changing Rooms allowing men to strengthen social connections through participation.
If you are feeling stuck in a rut and not sure how to make lifestyle changes come along, meet others, chat about football and get support along the way.
It doesnโt matter what team you support โ all welcome!
