Celtic Preview

It’s Friday night football for Dundee this week as we take on Celtic in Glasgow this evening with a 7.45pm kick off.

Paul Hartley will be without Greg Stewart who is suspended following his red card last weekend against St. Johnstone, and Paul McGowan.

Gary Irvine and Gary Harkins who were both involved in this week’s SPFL Development match return to the squad.

The teams met just a week and a half ago when Celtic visited Dens and left with all three points after a 2-1 victory. Gary Mackay-Steven and Virgil van Dijk finding the net before Jim McAlister pulled one back for The Dee.

It was the same outcome last time Dundee visited Celtic Park, with Celtic going two goals up before David Clarkson netted for Dundee in an excellent performance by Paul Hartley’s men.
