We return to the Kilmac Stadium this Friday evening as we take on Arbroath live on BBC Scotland in the cinch Championship.
Gary Bowyer’s men will be looking to build on last weekend’s win over Raith Rovers.
Arbroath had a phenomenal season last year finishing 2nd in the table and will be looking to emulate that this season. After a successful Premier Sports Cup group stage they have started the league with back to back 0-0 draw against Ayr United and Inverness Caledonian Thistle.
There will be a minutes applause prior to the match to celebrate the life of Championship winning goalkeeper Pat Liney who passed away this week, the players will also wear black armbands during the match.
Team News
Alex Jakubiak and Shaun Byrne both left the pitch due to injury against Raith Rovers. They will be close to a return on Friday with the manager saying they’ll be given as long as possible before a decision on their inclusion is made.
Ben Williamson and Jordan McGhee will miss out again.

Coverage
Overseas subscribers will be able to watch live on DeeTV, those in the UK will get audio commentary.
A full match replay, highlights and post-match interviews will be available on DeeTV after the match.
The live streaming of league matches to those within the UK & Ireland is not currently permitted in Season 2022/23.
The match is live on BBC Scotland.
Supporters will recall that streaming was introduced (with the consent of Sky Sports) to allow supporters to watch matches when they were not able to attend in person due to Government restrictions for the pandemic.
That clearly is not the case anymore. However, the SPFL recognise this has been a valuable income stream for clubs and they are continuing discussions with Sky.
