Dundee went down 2-0 in the SPFL Development League to Hamilton Accies on Tuesday evening at New Douglas Park.
Luka Tankulic, Phil Roberts and Martin Boyle were the experienced men in a very young Dundee side which started the match.
Early signs were good for Dundee as Boyle showed his pace on a couple of occasions beating his man down the line but Hamilton quickly took control of the match.
Accies led by manager Alex Neil in central midfield, hit the bar twice with shots from distance before taking the lead through a Jason Scotland penalty after a foul in the box by Andy Black.
After the break, Hamilton push Dundee back and eventually sealed the win with a last minute Darren Smith header.
