After protracted and frustrating discussions with our insurers we are pleased to say we have recently made significant progress in respect to partial refunds of 2019/20 Season Tickets, which has allowed the club to provide options to our loyal season ticket holders:
- As we put plans in place for 2021/22 Season Tickets, we are happy to offer supporters the chance to apply a discount toward their purchase for next season, equal to the value of their refund
- Supporters can claim this money back as a direct refund
To claim your discount or direct refund, we would ask 2019/20 season ticket holders to email [email protected] with the following information:
- Name
- Client reference number
- Contact telephone number
- Clearly indicate your choice:
- Discount applied toward for 21/22 Season Ticket
- Direct Refund
Please email before midnight on Friday 14 May, which is the final day and time to request your discount or refund. Your discount/refund will remain with the club be considered a donation if we do not receive an email indicating otherwise, and will be gratefully received.
Refunds will be processed during the month of June.
