Dundee return to the Kilmac Stadium with a 3-0 advantage for the 2nd leg of the Premiership play-off Semi Finals this Saturday evening, kick off 7.45pm.
Cammy Kerr spoke to the broadcast media ahead of the match and the message was clear at the half way stage of this tie, he said “It’s good to come away with a 3-0 result from the other night but the message from the outset was the game is not won in one leg. It’s a good cushion to have but you see it more than ever now that teams come back from deficits. It’s important that we don’t take our foot off the gas and become complacent, which we won’t do.”
“There has been a wee bit of momentum building but it’s so important that it’s game by game. If you start getting ahead of yourself now it’s naive so we need to make sure we have the same professionalism and same desire in the way we play from minute one to the 90.”
“If something goes for us, brilliant, if something goes against us then we need to keep the same level head. Once that game is done, fingers crossed we can get through then we switch attention to something else but until that’s done we aren’t even looking at that just now.”
