Season Ticket FAQ’s 25/26

What is included with a 25/26 season ticket?
By purchasing a season ticket, fans can attend all home league fixtures of the 2025/26 campaign at Dens Park. Season ticket holders can take advantage of a range of benefits, which include:
-Priority to away league and cup games
-Bring a friend to two games per season (Club will advise in due course)
-Offers from our season ticket partners

How do I renew my season ticket?
Buying online is the easiest and quickest option. Existing season ticket holders should click the link below. You will need to insert the barcode of your 24/25 season ticket to renew your season ticket.

Are there season ticket offers?
The Super Early Bird offer is on sale from Thursday, 10 April, until Saturday, 31 May 2025. Adults will save £60 on your season ticket.
Early Bird Season Tickets will run from Sunday, 1 June to Friday 4 July 2025. Adults will save £30 on your season ticket.
Full-price season tickets will run from Saturday 5 July 2025 onwards.

When is the seat release?
All seats will be released for general sale on Sunday 1 June 2025. Therefore, if you are an existing season ticket holder and have not purchased your seat(s) by 31st May, the seat will be available on general sale.

I previously had issues linking my child’s season ticket with my season ticket, what should I do?
Any supporters who previously encountered issues with children’s tickets not being linked to an adult ticket, please renew the adult ticket online and then contact the ticket office to renew the child’s. We will require the order ID from the adult’s tickets and we will ensure they are renewed on the same order.

Disabled and Carer Tickets
Due to the recent changes in Government Legislation Dundee Football Club has reviewed its provision for supporters with a disability and the carer process. The club’s disability criteria has been reviewed and changed in alignment with other Scottish football clubs.
The club’s updated disability policy comes into effect from Thursday 10th April 2025.
Supporters that will be entitled to a disabled season ticket must be in receipt of:

Proof of eligibility must be handed into the ticket office or emailed to [email protected]
This must be an award letter for the current year, alongside photographic identification and proof of address.

In order for a supporter to qualify for a Personal Assistant ticket, they must be in receipt of the following:

Personal Assistants are not permitted to attend the match without the disabled ticket holder unless they upgrade their ticket to the relevant category and price.

Due to changes regarding eligibility for Disabled and carer tickets, these will only be available to purchase from the ticket office. This can be done in person or by calling 01382 889966 (Option 2). All documents will be required to be submitted to the ticket office, in person or by emailing [email protected]

Do I need to provide an ID?
Yes, if you have bought a Senior, Disabled, Student, U18 or U12 season ticket – please upload and email a copy of your ID to [email protected]
Forms of ID that are accepted:
Birth Certificate, Driving licence, National Carer Card, Matriculation card, Passport, or a Young Scot Card.
During the season, Dundee FC and turnstile staff will carry out checks on entry to the game, so we advise supporters to have their ID on them attending all matches.

Can I add my season ticket to my Apple or Google wallet?
Yes, that feature is available. You can add your season ticket directly from your confirmation email or Dundee FC App.
Your season ticket will be stored on your mobile device, and you simply scan your QR code to gain entry.
We would advise all supporters to add their season ticket to their digital wallet as this will prevent issues surrounding connectivity on matchdays.

Is there a payment option?
Supporters can take advantage of an interest-free monthly option. For this option, you must purchase your season ticket in person via the ticket office or via telephone at 01382 889966.
You can split the cost of your ticket into 4 monthly instalments, but the final payment must be paid by the 1st August 2025.

When you choose this option, your seat will be held on the system, but your e-ticket will not be given to you until you pay your fourth payment. Failure to pay any instalments will result in the seat being re-sold. No refunds will be given if you fail to make further payments.

Do I have to use my phone for my season ticket or can I have a plastic card?
Before the 25/26 season begins season ticket holders will be able to access their season ticket through the Dundee FC ticket app which they can then use by presenting their phone at the turnstile at each match.
If supporters would rather purchase a plastic season ticket card please contact the ticket office to arrange this. As it is a plastic card supporters will need to pay £5 if they wish to purchase this. Under 12 season ticket cards will be free of charge.

Is there a family section?
Yes, the Bobby Cox stand is the family section within the stadium.

Is there a drum in the stadium?
Yes, the drum and our singing section are located in the South Enclosure. This stand plays a big part in the atmosphere at Dens Park. The South Enclosure is very popular. Therefore, we strongly advise that you purchase a season ticket for that stand to guarantee entry into the stand.
Please note: This stand can be noisy.

Does Dundee FC have an app?
Yes, all tickets will be stored on the app, and to gain entry to the stadium, you simply scan your QR code via the app or your mobile wallet.
To use the app, purchase your season ticket/match ticket as per instructions, then on the email you receive, please do the following: Click on ‘Download our ticketing App now’. Then, insert the email address you purchased and click on ‘Forgot Credentials’. You will be sent an email to reset your password. Log into the app with your email address and new password.
To install the app onto the home screen of your mobile device:
Apple:
iPhone users should click the share button and then choose ‘add to home screen’
Android:
Click the three dots and select ‘install to home screen’

Users of this feature will receive push notifications from the Club. To enable this option, please click on ‘my profile’, scroll to the bottom, and toggle ‘subscribe to push notifications’ and then click save changes (see below).

When will seasonal hospitality be sold?
Seasonal hospitality memberships will be available in the summer, and full details will be provided online.
