Amadou Bakayoko

Amadou is currently on a season-long deal for the 23/24 season from English League Two side Forest Green Rovers and joined The Dee in July 2023.

27-year-old Bakayoko came through the ranks at Walsall and went on to play 93 times for The Saddlers, he had loan spells with Southport, AFC Telford United and Worcester City whilst signed to Walsall. He then spent time with Coventry City firstly in English League One and then the English Championship after they gained promotion. He then moved to Bolton Wanderers before joining Forest Green.

Amadou has been capped six times for the Sierra Leone National Team and has scored once.

Bakayoko made his debut against Inverness CT in the Viaplay Cup on 30th July 2023.
