Both the U13s and U15s started off the Oakham tournament against Ballymena and Port Vale respectively. The youngsters won and the older lads lost.

Next up for the U13s was Crewe Alexandria and again did well to win this one. Meanwhile the U15s drew against Shrewsbury Town.

Last games for each were a loss for the U13s v Nottingham Forest and a win for the U15s v Independent Schools FA.

Finished off after dinner with a competative heady tennis tournament involving the coaches.

All in all a great day of football for all the boys.

Tomorrow sees 4 games each for the teams, so a lot of football still to be played.
