There were two new names on the bench for last night’s visit of Hamilton Accies. Youngsters Conor Quigley and Matty Smyth both made the match day squad for the first time.
Signed in the summer both players have impressed with the under 20s team throughout their pre-season.
Both have been capped by Northern Ireland at youth level. Left back Quigley signed from Swansea having previously been in the Liverpool Academy set up, while Smyth, who plays centre half, joined from Stevenage.
The under 20s league campaign kicks off next week against Aberdeen. The match will take place at Glebe Park and will kick off at 6pm.
