Dark Blue Property Holdings Ltd intend to submit an application for Planning Permission in Principle for a new Football Stadium, Training Facilities, Housing and Mixed-Use Development with associated parking, access, drainage and landscaping infrastructure, at land to the west of Camperdown Leisure Park, Dundee. (Proposal of Application Notice:17/00677/PAN)
As part of the pre-application consultation process for the proposed application, the applicant will be holding a public presentation and drop in event at:
Dundee Ice Arena on Friday 22nd of September (1pm – 8pm).
Members of the public are invited to drop in at any time during this period, when they will have the opportunity to review preliminary drawings and talk to representatives of the applicant to find out more about the site, the initial strategic proposals and the processes involved in preparing the planning application.
Feedback leaflets will be available at the venue to allow submission of comment. The leaflets can be returned at the presentation or forwarded to LJR+H Architects, as can any written representation, at the following address no later than Monday 16th October:

Please note that all written representations submitted during the pre-application consultation MUST be submitted to prospective applicant’s representatives at the above address and NOT to Dundee City Council.
Comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the Planning Authority. If the prospective applicant submits an application, there will be an opportunity to make representations on that application to the Planning Authority in due course.
