DFC in the Community Trust is delighted announce the start of another Football Fans In Training Course at Dens Park. This course is delivered in partnership with the SPFL Trust and has been hugely successfully throughout the country over the past 10 years. Our latest course takes place at Dens Park over 13 weeks with participants improving fitness levels and gaining knowledge on food labels, values and positive changes in lifestyle.
