The Pars, managed by ex Dundee boss James McPake, currently sit top of League One and come into the match on the back of a 1-0 victory over FC Edinburgh at the weekend.
Dundee progressed past League One opposition in the last round with a 3-0 win over Falkirk after beating TNS in the previous round.
