BOYLE GIVES HARTLEY WINNING START

Martin Boyle’s first competitive goal for Dundee fired the Dee back to the top of the table and gave new boss Paul Hartley a winning debut as Dens manager.

In a match which saw Hamilton reduced to nine men Dundee started at pace and could have been out of sight by half time.

They struggled to take advantage of the numerical advantage against nine men but there was to be no repeat of last weeks injury time trauma and the final whistle brought full points at Dens for the first time this year.
